There are unique circumstances for each inmate that is incarcerated and their history is important to memorialize with records, letters, evaluations and verification of jail behavior. Parole authorities often question a wide variety of issues when determining parole eligibility. Positive Resources, LLC staff can obtain records, interview jail staff, negotiate with family and the community for parole plans, provide a mitigation report that was missing during the original sentence and help assess the defendant’s risk of re-offending. We can also assess if there are special treatment needs of the inmate that can be identified and implemented as a part of a release plan. |
