Costs for Positive Resources, LLC are billed at an hourly rate plus expenses. Rates are dependent upon the complexity of the case and the nature of the representation. Positive Resource, LLC has had contracts with the state of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Federal governments and works on a voucher basis. In regard to private matters, upon case acceptance, a range of hours for each service will be closely estimated. Deviations from that estimate are subject to client or attorney approval. A fee schedule agreement is signed by all parties. Itemized bills can be provided. Retainers are necessary.Major credit cards are accepted. |
